## Description Overnight oats make for a healthy breakfast and are really convenient and easy to prepare. Before bed, mix the oats and milk; the next morning, stir in some jam and sprinkle with nuts and coconut. You can even make a big batch, so you’ll have enough for several days. Make individual portions in mason jars, which are great to take on the go. ## Ingredients - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats - 1 cup reduced-fat milk - 4 tablespoons raspberry jam - 4 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted - 2 tablespoons chopped toasted almonds ## Instructions 1. In a medium bowl, stir together the oats and milk. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight. 2. To serve, divide the oat mixture into two individual serving bowls.
